## Where it started

FormData serves clients in managed IT, security, cloud and virtualisation. In this business support requests never stop, and each one has to reach the right specialist quickly. At the same time, visitors to the site often want to know which service fits them without having to ask a specialist.

The need was not an off-the-shelf chat tool but AI that works with FormData's own knowledge and FormData's own rules.

## What we did

- **AI agents.** We designed [AI agents](/services/ai-agent-development/) from scratch that carry out defined tasks step by step. Which tool each agent may use, with which permissions, and at which step it waits for human approval was written down first.
- **A smart web portal.** The portal answers visitor questions from FormData's own content and guides visitors to the right service.
- **Support processes.** [AI customer service](/services/ai-customer-service/) applications classify, prioritise and route incoming requests to the right team. The specialist finds each request with a summary already attached.

We connected the models to existing systems through [LLM integration](/services/llm-integration/). Every step is logged, so what the agents do can be monitored and improved.
