## Where it started

Halal Voyage is a travel company operating in several countries, each with its own offices, agencies, currencies and languages. When bookings, tours and packages live in different tools, every country keeps its own record of the same customer and the same tour, and head office never sees the whole picture.

The company needed software that every country could work in, while each kept its own way of working, and infrastructure to carry it.

## What we did

- **A digital transformation roadmap.** Together we decided which process would go digital, in which country and in what order.
- **Travel agency software.** We designed software that brings tour, package and booking management into one place. It is now used in more than 15 countries: each office and agency works in its own language and currency, while head office sees every country on one screen.
- **Cloud infrastructure.** We moved the company's systems to [cloud infrastructure](/services/cloud-infrastructure-scalable-platforms/) that scales, keeps backups and is monitored. A new country is added to the existing setup rather than built from scratch.
- **Cross-country workflows.** Approvals, notifications and reporting that pass between offices are connected through [workflow automation](/services/workflow-automation/).
