# ITSTACK: Turning a complex service range into a clear site

> ITSTACK Bilgi Sistemleri is an Istanbul IT consultancy working on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, virtualisation and cybersecurity. Corrplus designed and built its corporate website, which explains each service in the words clients search for and which the team can update itself. We still maintain it.

## What we did

- Service architecture: separate, linked pages for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, virtualisation and security
- Design and development of the corporate website on WordPress
- Titles, descriptions and structured data set up for search visibility
- A setup in which the team publishes new service and content pages itself
- Maintenance, updates and performance monitoring after launch

## Where it started

ITSTACK's range is wide: Microsoft 365 licensing, migration and security; Active Directory and Exchange Online projects; Azure; Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio; virtualisation, networking and cybersecurity. Such technical material had to read well for an IT manager and a managing director on the same page.

The real question was this: which words does a visitor use for their problem, and how many steps does it take from those words to the right service?

## What we did

First we mapped the services. Each solution area got its own page, and each page links to the related areas. A visitor searching for "Microsoft 365 migration" now reaches the security and licensing pages naturally.

We built the site on WordPress with a structure the ITSTACK team can add content to on its own. Titles, descriptions and structured data are set up so search engines read the services correctly. The contact flow is one step away from every page.

We stayed on after launch: updates, backups and performance are covered by our [managed services](/services/managed-services/).

## Why it matters

For an IT consultancy a website is not a brochure; it is part of the sales process. Clients look at the site before a meeting and come back to it through the links sent afterwards. If the services are not explained clearly, the meeting is spent explaining them.

We describe the approach behind this project in our [WordPress and web development](/services/wordpress-web-development/) and [customer experience and marketing](/services/customer-experience-digital-marketing/) services.
