# E-commerce and retail

> In e-commerce and retail, AI pays off fastest in answering customer questions, producing product content and running order operations. Corrplus builds sales assistants that answer product questions, workflows that move orders from Turkish marketplaces such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada into the ERP, product description tools and personalised recommendations, for brands and stores selling in Türkiye.

## Challenges

- Customers ask about sizes, stock, shipping and returns on WhatsApp and live chat; slow answers mean abandoned carts.
- Orders, stock and invoices across Trendyol, Hepsiburada and your own store are reconciled by hand.
- Writing descriptions, titles and marketplace copy for hundreds of products eats the team's time.
- Every visitor sees the same storefront and every campaign goes to everyone.
- Stock and demand planning for campaigns is left to experience.

## Where it helps

- **AI sales assistant**: An assistant that answers size, compatibility, stock and shipping questions from your catalogue, suggests suitable products and hands over to an agent when needed.
- **Marketplace order automation**: An n8n workflow that posts Trendyol, Hepsiburada and web store orders to the ERP and Turkish e-invoicing, and keeps stock in sync across channels.
- **Product content generation**: A workflow that drafts descriptions, SEO titles and marketplace copy in your brand voice from product attributes, with an editor approval step.
- **Personalised recommendations**: A system that picks product suggestions and email content from browsing and order history, respecting consent under KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law, and GDPR.
- **Return and complaint triage**: A support workflow that sorts requests by reason, checks shipment tracking and drafts the first reply.
- **Campaign demand forecasting**: A model that forecasts demand per product from past campaigns and seasons and warns purchasing early.

## Where do online stores lose time and money?

Three things drain an online store's time and money every day. First, customer questions: "Will this size fit, when will it arrive, how do I return it?" Second, channel sync: the marketplace order, ERP stock and issued invoice must tell the same story. Third, content: a description, title and image text for every new product.

All of this is repetitive, and every delay costs sales. Built well, AI and automation give your team back time for campaigns, product selection and supplier relationships.

Many brands in Türkiye sell on their own site, Trendyol, Hepsiburada and sometimes Amazon Türkiye or N11 at the same time. Each channel has its own order screen, return rules and copy format, and every extra channel adds room for sync errors: a sold item still shows in stock elsewhere, or a cancelled order gets invoiced.

## Which need, which solution?

| Need | Solution | Tools |
|---|---|---|
| Instant answers to product questions | AI sales assistant | Promptor, WhatsApp Business, OpenAI or Claude |
| Marketplace and ERP sync | Order and stock automation | n8n, Make, Trendyol and Hepsiburada APIs |
| Product descriptions | Content generation workflow | LLM with an editor approval step |
| Storefront and email per customer | Personalisation | Recommendation model, email marketing tool |
| Campaign preparation | Demand forecasting | Sales history, seasonal data |

For most stores we suggest order automation or a sales assistant as the first step. Both are quick to set up and show their effect within the first weeks.

## What our own product taught us

Promptor is Corrplus's AI chat and sales assistant for WordPress, published on wordpress.org. It offers website-aware conversations and WooCommerce integration. In client projects we bring the same experience to other platforms: the assistant uses only information you approve and hands pricing and return questions to a person.

Personalisation and marketing flows use personal data. We handle explicit consent, commercial message permissions and Türkiye's message permission registry (İYS) during design, together with your legal counsel.

A discovery call is enough to map your store, your channels and the work that takes the most time.

## Frequently asked questions

### We run WooCommerce. How do we add a sales assistant?

The fastest route is an assistant that runs inside WordPress, such as our own product Promptor, which works with WooCommerce products. For specific needs we can build a custom assistant tied to your catalogue.

### Do you work with Shopify or other platforms?

Yes. We connect to orders, stock and product data through the platform's API, including Shopify and Turkish platforms such as ikas and Ticimax, and build the assistant or automation to suit it.

### Will AI-written product descriptions hurt SEO?

Duplicate, careless content does. We feed the model real product attributes and route every text through an editor. The model gives you a fast draft; publishing stays your decision.

### We are a foreign brand entering the Turkish market. Can you help?

Yes. We connect your store to Turkish marketplaces and e-invoicing, prepare Turkish product content and set up customer service in Turkish, with communication in English throughout.
