## What it does

- **Booking tracking**: Check-in and check-out dates and guest payments recorded in one place.
- **Colour-coded availability calendar**: Booked, closed and available days at a glance, which reduces the risk of double bookings.
- **Occupancy and net earnings**: Monthly and seasonal occupancy is calculated automatically; income and expenses show each villa's net earnings.
- **Cleaning and maintenance**: Turnover tasks and maintenance jobs are recorded per villa, with costs flowing into the finance view.
- **Enquiries and vouchers**: Unconfirmed booking requests are kept separately; guests receive a plain, unbranded booking voucher.
- **Several properties**: All properties run from one account, each with its own calendar, bookings and finances.

## What does Villa Yönet solve?

In a small hospitality business, bookings sit in a notebook, prices in a spreadsheet and guest messages in WhatsApp. Nobody is sure which one is current. That leads to double bookings, lost nights and nobody knowing the real profit at the end of the season.

Villa Yönet puts those records in one app. Look at the calendar and you see which days are booked; look at the finance screen and you see what the season actually earned. Cleaning and maintenance are tracked in the same place.

## Who is it for?

Villa, summer house, guesthouse, apart-hotel and holiday rental operators in Türkiye. The product grew out of the needs of small operators around Kaş on the Turkish coast. Most of them are not technical and run their business from a phone all season, so the interface is Turkish, amounts are in Turkish lira and every screen is kept simple.
