# AI content automation

> Content automation means using AI models and workflows to draft and publish repetitive content: product descriptions, marketplace listings, blog drafts, social posts and translations. Corrplus ties these workflows to your brand voice and your product data, and every piece passes an editor's approval before it is published to your site, marketplaces or social channels.

## Symptoms

- New products go live with no description or only the manufacturer's short blurb.
- Content for the same product is written separately for your site and each marketplace.
- The blog and social plan slips every month, then gets rushed.
- Pages in other languages lag behind the main language.
- Content written by different people is inconsistent in voice and terminology.

## What waiting costs

Products with weak descriptions are less visible in search and on marketplaces, and missing translations lose foreign visitors on the first page they land on. The bigger the content gap grows, the more work it takes to close.

## Our approach

- **Rules and voice guide**: We turn your brand voice, banned phrases, terminology and the structure of each content type into a written guide.
- **Connect to source data**: Drafts are generated from real product attributes in your ERP, PIM or catalogue; the model does not write features that are not in the source.
- **Draft and editor approval**: The model drafts, an editor corrects and approves on the same screen, and corrections are collected to improve the guide.
- **Publish and measure**: Approved content goes to WordPress, WooCommerce, marketplace panels or social tools, and its performance is tracked.

## What to measure

- Preparation time per piece
- Content waiting to be published
- Share of drafts the editor corrects
- Products missing descriptions
- Organic traffic and conversions from the content

## Which content suits automation?

The best candidates have a clear structure and come in volume. Descriptions for thousands of products, versions of the same product for different marketplaces, category page copy, FAQs and translations of existing pages are typical. The information is already in your product data; what is missing is the time to turn it into readable text.

A brand story, an opinion piece or a text about a specific client is different. There, AI can offer a draft, a summary or alternative headlines at most. The text itself should come from someone who knows the subject.

Multilingual content is its own need, especially in tourism and education. A team that updates the main-language pages rarely keeps English, German or Russian pages up to date at the same pace. The workflow can draft the other languages whenever a source page changes and send them for approval.

## Manual, fully automatic and approved workflows compared

| Aspect | Fully manual | Fully automatic | Editor-approved workflow |
|---|---|---|---|
| Speed | Slow, depends on people | Very fast | Fast |
| Accuracy | Depends on the writer | Unchecked, errors spread | Tied to source data, checked by a person |
| Brand voice | Varies by writer | Can be monotonous | Consistent with the guide |
| Fits | Original, opinion-led writing | Not recommended | Product, catalogue, translation, FAQ |

We do not recommend fully automatic publishing. A wrong product attribute written by a model can spread to hundreds of pages at once. Editor approval does not slow the flow down much, because the editor checks a ready draft instead of writing from scratch.

## How we start

We pick one content type and a small product group. We set up the voice guide and the link to your source data, then review the first drafts with your editor. If the results meet your bar, we extend the workflow to the rest of the catalogue.

The model side runs through [LLM integration](/services/llm-integration/), the workflow and approval steps through [n8n and Make](/services/workflow-automation/n8n-make-automation/), and on-site publishing through [WordPress web development](/services/wordpress-web-development/). We follow the same rule when building our own WordPress tools: the model suggests, a person decides. Where personal data is involved, we assess it under GDPR and Türkiye's data protection law, KVKK.

## Frequently asked questions

### Will AI-generated content hurt us on Google?

Google has said it looks at whether content is helpful and original, not at how it was produced. The problem is mass, thin content nobody checks. That is why source data and editor approval are mandatory steps in our workflows.

### What if the model writes something wrong about a product?

Drafts are generated only from your product data, and the model is told not to state anything missing from the source. Editor approval is still never skipped. For regulated products such as health, food or cosmetics, claims get an extra check.

### Which languages can it produce?

English and Turkish first, plus common languages such as German, Russian and Arabic. Translations use your terminology list, and we recommend sign-off by someone who knows each language.

### Can it publish straight to marketplaces?

Product content can be updated through marketplace seller APIs, including Turkish marketplaces such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada. Each marketplace has its own category and field rules; the workflow formats content for each one.

### Which tools do you use?

OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini for the model; n8n or Make for the workflow; WordPress and marketplace APIs for publishing. We choose based on where data may be processed and the content type.
