How much of our team’s time does it take?

Usually a one-hour interview with one person from each relevant team, plus one meeting for the closing presentation.

Can it run remotely?

Yes. The sprint runs fully remotely by default; for teams near our Istanbul headquarters we can hold the first interviews on site.
