A school’s or course centre’s busiest time is enrolment. Parents ask about fees, school transport, meals and the calendar. Those questions often take up the whole day for the front office and counselling team. After enrolment comes document collection, contracts and instalment tracking.
For teachers the load is different. Writing questions, simplifying a reading text or building a worksheet happens outside class hours. AI speeds up those drafts, but the teacher has the final word.
What both areas share is that the answer already exists in writing. The fee policy is in a document, transport routes in a spreadsheet, learning outcomes in the curriculum. AI does not invent new knowledge; it gets existing knowledge to the right person in the right form.

National regulations from Türkiye’s Ministry of Education and Council of Higher Education, your own rules and parent contracts can all feed the assistant. It cites the document behind each answer and leaves anything that needs interpretation to staff.
Why do we move carefully?
In education, much of the data belongs to children. So we suggest starting with work that needs no personal data: a general information assistant, content drafts, internal procedure search. For flows such as enrolment or payments that do need personal data, we set KVKK and GDPR obligations during design with your legal counsel.

Won't students use AI to cheat?
That is a teaching decision for your institution, not for us. The tools we build are mostly for administration and teacher preparation. For student-facing tools we set usage rules together with you.
How do you handle children's data?
We prefer designs where the assistant never needs a student's identity. Where personal data is required, we settle controller obligations and parental consent with your legal counsel, under KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law, and GDPR where it applies.
Do you train teachers to use AI?
Yes. Our corporate AI training can be adapted for teachers and administrative staff, focusing on safe everyday use and your institution's rules.
