Tourism and hospitality

In tourism and hospitality, AI helps most with guest communication and bookings. Corrplus builds guest assistants that answer in several languages, workflows that pull bookings from different channels into one place, and tools that draft replies to reviews, for hotels, villa and guesthouse operators and tour companies in Türkiye.

Challenges

  • Guest questions arrive day and night, in several languages, over WhatsApp, Instagram and email.
  • Bookings are split across Booking.com, Airbnb, your own website and the phone, so double bookings are a constant risk.
  • In peak season a small team spends its time answering the same questions while sales opportunities slip.
  • Following guest reviews and writing a careful reply to each one rarely happens consistently.
  • It is unclear how passport and ID data should be stored under KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law, and GDPR for EU guests.

Where it helps

  • Multilingual guest assistantAn assistant on your website and WhatsApp Business that answers in Turkish, English, German, Russian or Arabic from your property information and hands over to staff when needed.
  • Booking consolidationAn n8n workflow that merges bookings from different channels into one calendar and sends confirmations and reminders.
  • Review reply draftsA tool that summarises reviews on Google and booking platforms and drafts replies in your voice, held for approval before posting.
  • Tour and package quotesA helper that reads dates, party size and preferences from an enquiry form and drafts a quote from your product list.
  • Multilingual contentA content workflow that prepares room, tour and destination pages in other languages and routes them through an editor.

What does AI solve in hospitality?

A guest usually asks the same question three times: before booking, before arrival and on site. Most questions repeat: airport transfer, check-in time, parking, a cot for the baby. The answers are already written down somewhere; the challenge is giving them at the right moment in the right language.

An AI assistant takes over those repeated questions. Your team gets time back for special requests, complaints and sales, where a human touch matters. On the booking side, the goal is to collect information from different channels in one place and send reminders automatically.

Many villas, guesthouses and boutique hotels in Türkiye run with a small team. In season, a WhatsApp message at midnight that waits until morning can mean a lost booking. The assistant answers basic questions at those hours, records booking intent and leaves a tidy list for the team in the morning.

For small properties we keep the scope deliberately narrow. A solution that is easy to run and ready before the season beats a broad project that never finishes.

How we know this sector

Our own product, Villa Yönet, gives villa and guesthouse operators a booking, calendar and income-expense dashboard. Building it showed us the daily work of small hospitality businesses up close: calendar clashes, payment tracking and guest messaging. We bring the same practical view to client projects.

Guest data is personal data. During design we decide what the assistant may access and where conversation logs are kept and for how long, under KVKK. For guests from Europe we also review GDPR obligations together with your legal counsel. We work in English and Turkish, which helps foreign-owned properties and operators selling to European markets.

Starting before the season makes life easier. A discovery call is enough to map your current channels and the questions you hear most.

Frequently asked questions

What if the guest assistant gives wrong information?

We feed it only information you have approved, and set it to hand sensitive topics such as prices and refunds to your team. Conversations are logged, so mistakes are spotted and fixed quickly.

We run a small guesthouse. Is this relevant for us?

Yes, with a small scope. An assistant that answers common WhatsApp questions plus booking reminders is usually enough to start.

Do we have to give passport and ID data to the AI?

No. The assistant does not need it. We decide during design, with your legal counsel, which system holds ID data and for how long.
